How to Operate the Self Loading Mixer?

Correct operation helps to maximize the performance of the self-loader mixer and minimize accidents. Aimix self-loading mixers are simple to operate and following the steps below will ensure safe operation.

01 Equipment Inspection

  1. Check Fluid Levels: Examine the levels of basic fluids such as hydraulic oil, engine oil, and coolant. If the fluid level is too low, it should be replenished in a timely manner.
  2. Check Tire Pressure: Appropriate tire pressure is crucial for the stability and mobility of the mixer.

02 Start the Equipment

First, turn the key to start the engine. Then turn on the control panel, and the screen will display systems such as the weighing system and the water – adding system. Familiarize yourself with various control buttons and set them to appropriate parameters.

03 Equipment Operation

Flexibly control the movement of the self – loading mixer through the electronic gearshift lever. The mobile operating lever can be used to control the loading and unloading of concrete, enabling the production and pouring of concrete at the construction site.

04 Equipment Cleaning
